Program Coordinator, Visitor Information and Associates Reception Center. Possessing a vast store of knowledge about the Smithsonian, Cordelia directs a public inquiry telephone service which handles over 300,000 calls annually. She cheerfully and carefully addresses every inquiry, including those that are irate or sensitive. Cordelia is a model of professionalism and inspires VIARC staff and volunteers to maintain the highest standards of customer service.
