Joe A. Goulait
Photography and Electronic Imaging Specialist, Office of Imaging, Printing and Photographic Services, has been a shining model of an employee at the Smithsonian since 1974. Always professional and highly committed to his work, Joe takes on each new challenge with a smile. He has designed the OIPP Electronic Imaging Lab, and implemented the Office's online telecommunicationas services. He is actively sought for advice and consultation by staff throughout the Institution, and is known for his expertise and his friendly attitude.
