Carol A. Gover
Diversity/Affirmative Action Program Manager, Office of Equal Employment and Minority Affairs. Carol is well known to everyone at the Smithsonian who has ever sought or received services, consultation or training with regard to affirmative action. A tireless advocate of diversity in the workplace, her managerial, negotiative and organizational skills are both formidable and impressive. Despite her softspoken manner and low key approach she has been instrumental in helping the Institution achieve many of its equal opportunity and diversity goals.
