Chief, Benefit Plans and Services Branch, Office of Human Resources. In her three years with the Smithsonian, Lee has provided effective and able leadership to the Benefits Branch and to its many employee services. Particularly notable, Lee negotiated with health insurance providers to increase covered services and the range of options available to Trust Fund staff. Always a teacher, Lee readily shares her considerable knowledge with others and seeks to assist subordinates in developing their skills and achieving their full potential.
