Robert L. Osborne
EEO Complaints Manager, Office of Equal Employment and Minority Affairs. Bob has dedicated his career to addressing the often difficult and painful needs of others. Despite the emotionally demanding nature of his work, he often gives of his own time and energies to seek positive and timely resolutions. Most recently, he has launched an EEO Mediation initiative at the Institution to better address the many complex needs of employees.
