Luis Palau
Chief, Office of Protection Services, Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, New York City. A fixture in the Smithsonian's Office of Protection Services, Mr. Palau is recognized for his professionalism and dedication in coordinating the often conflicting security and presentation demands of the Design Museum. Always willing to work long hours, he is esteemed by many and diverse staff for his selflessness in sharing his knowledge and expertise, and in accommodating the needs of the Museum.
