Lynn E. Putney
Collections Manager, Graphic Arts, National Museum of American Art, gives of herself with each workday. Whether giving impromptu talks or formal presentations, planning activities for visitors, or just sharing of her considerable talents with coworkers, students or volunteers, Lynn excels in finding new ways of giving to others and to the Smithsonian. From designs for monthly flyers and "Cappy" on the Mall, to entire show designs, Lynn's talent, dedication and creativity can only be termed "exceptional". It is a small wonder why everyone who works with her sings her praises.
