Joyce Regan
Construction Services Manager, Office of the Physical Plant, has been a superior employee at the Smithsonian for over thirty years. In her present position, Joyce handles all construction contracts for the Institution with an understated ability that is the mark of a true professional. Despite the very demanding nature of her position and its responsibilities, she remains gracious, dependable and cheerful.
