Bob Watson
Box Office Supervisor, Langley Theater, National Air and Space Museum, holds the distinction of supervising the handling of almost $23 million in cash over the past seven years. In addition, he supervises fifteen cashiers, and is often faced with difficult customer service issues for the Theater's one and a half million annual patrons. Bob's skills and abilites also include a thorough knowledge of the ticketing system's software which he must often reprogram on short notice. Often seen as in large measure responsible for the Theater's success, he is the Langley Theater's "man for all seasons".
